Our co-living homes welcome a mix of residents — young adults, working adults, seniors, and veterans living side by side, all held to one standard of care. Recovery Residences are the one exception: separate, dedicated homes, never mixed with co-living.

Next Chapter Homes

Young adults aging out of foster care. We work with county DSS and transition programs (NC LINKS and SC equivalents) on placement and intake.

Cornerstone Homes

Seniors, veterans & fixed-income adults. Rents structured for Social Security and VA incomes; single-story-friendly options.

Recovery Residences

Structured sober living in Charlotte & Fayetteville. House rules, drug testing, and peer accountability; NARR certification in process.
